Announcing the $1,000,000 ModiFace MFund
ModiFace will provide up to 50 entrepreneurs the equivalent of $20,000*
(in service credits, resources, and cash) each to
build their own virtual makeover websites, mobile applications, iPhone
tools, or brand-sponsored marketing websites.
ModiFace, the facial detection and modification company with the
world's most advanced library of instant and fully automatic
facial transformations and makeover options**, is announcing the
launch of the ModiFace MFund program. Modiface will provide
resources including up to $20,000 per submission in the form of
application service credits, advertising credits, and performance-based cash.
"We are delighted to put our resources behind up to 50 teams of
entrepreneurs who want to use our technology to build their own
companies" remarked Parham Aarabi, Founder and CEO of ModiFace. "We
will
provide each team with full access to our technology, provide advertising
and public relations support, and provide them site monetization
guarantees to help them get their business off the ground, for a total
value of $20,000 per team."
Modiface will provide all reasonable technical help during the
planning and development phases of the project, including direct
access to key Modiface executives and engineers. A maximum of 50
winning ideas will be selected. Only one submission per company or
team is allowed.
All ideas will be considered, although a higher weight will be given to ideas
that fall in the following categories:
- 1. Ideas that are new and unique, and are not just a copy of other websites that currently use ModiFace technologies.
- 2. Visualization/makeover tools that are tied to a specific product or brand.
- 3. Visualization/makeover tools that are based on new platforms such as social networking applications, mobile applications, or kiosk applications.

- 1. A clear and succint explanation of how you plan to use ModiFace's automatic virtual makeover technology, including
how such a tool will help increase your traffic/sales/outreach.
- 2. A brief bio of the primary team members, including their relevant experience.
- 3. The number of people per month who will be using your visualization/makeover tool.
- 4. Your full contact information including email and phone number.
* Prize Summary : The $20,000 equivalent award will have three components. First, there will be a ModiFace
service credit worth $10,000, which includes full access and hosting regarding the ModiFace visualization engine.
Second, there will be public relations and advertising provided for the applications worth $5,000. Finally, an
advertising deal worth $5,000 cash will be offered to each winning entry.
